The snake charmer man minifigure is from LEGO CMS 13 or from the Series 13 collection. he Snake Charmer is another interesting cultural character included in Series 13. Of Indian descent, the Snake Charmer is attired in a traditional Indian outfit called a Kurta (I think. It’s either that or a jippa). The snake charmer’s Kurta is lime green which is an excellent choice as it’s a very vibrant colour that goes very well with his white pants and turban.
